埋地燃气管道泄漏声波检测实验平台及教学应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据埋地燃气管道泄漏实时监测的特点与要求,设计了基于声波技术检测埋地管道泄漏的实验平台,并将其应用于课程教学中。实验平台测试得出不同泄露工况下,声波信号的时域幅值、主频等特征指标,为基于声波手段的埋地燃气管道泄露检测工作提供了可靠的基础数据支撑。该平台明显提升了学生对燃气泄漏检测原理及方法的掌握程度,锻炼了学生的创新思维和创新能力。 According to the characteristics and requirements of real-time monitoring of the buried gas pipeline leakage,an experimental platform for detecting the leakage of buried pipeline based on acoustic technology is designed and applied to the course teaching.The experimental platform can test the time-domain amplitude,dominant frequency and other characteristic indexes of acoustic signal under different leakage conditions,which provides reliable basic data support for the leakage detection of buried gas pipeline based on the acoustic method.The platform significantly improves students'mastery of gas leakage detection principles and methods,and exercises their innovative thinking and innovation ability.
