摘要
给予2020年7月枝江市人民医院收治的1例合并糖尿病的乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死伴感染患者在抗感染、调控血糖及血压等对症支持治疗的基础上采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)联合重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-aFGF)治疗局部创面,治疗50 d时创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤轻度瘢痕增生;创面愈合后随访6个月,愈后皮肤生长良好,乳腺癌未复发。
One diabetic patient with flap necrosis and infection after radical mastectomy,admitted into Zhijiang People’s Hospital in July 2020,was treated with Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBT/MEBO)plus recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rh-aFGF)locally,apart from the symptomatic treatments such as controlling infection,regulating blood glucose and blood pressure.The local wound was completely healed on day 50 of treatment,and the healed skin developed mild scar hyperplasia.At six-month follow-up after wound healing,the healed skin grew well and no relapse of breast cancer was observed.
