文章对全媒体时代地方高校图书馆采访工作的转型发展所面临的各种挑战进行了分析,并着重从图书馆思想观念的转变、建立科学的藏书规划、采用集中管理模式、创新采访工作方式、建立评价机制和配备高素质人才等角度,提出了建设高水平馆藏体系的措施。

The article analyzes various challenges faced by the transformation and development of interviewing work in local university libraries in the era of full media.We put forward measures to build a high-level collection system focusing on the transformation of library ideology,establishment of scientific collection planning,adoption of centralized management mode,innovation of interviewing work,and establishment of evaluation mechanism and equipping high quality talents.
