螺旋埋弧焊管内壁焊渣自动清理和防护装置设计

Welding Slag Automatic Removal and Protection Device for SAWH Pipe Inner Wall

针对大直径螺旋埋弧焊管内壁焊渣清理困难和切管飞溅金属污染钢管表面的问题,设计了一种钢管内壁自动清理和防护装置,该装置由清理防护工作车、拖拽机构、自动控制系统组成,具备钢管内壁残余焊渣皮清理和切割飞溅焊渣防护两大功能。现场应用表明,该装置可实现螺旋埋弧焊管生产中内壁残留焊渣和氧化物的自动高效清除,并有效遮挡溅落到管壁表面的熔池金属液滴。生产的焊管内壁整洁美观,无需再进行清渣和管端表面清理,降低了劳动强度和人工成本。

In view of the difficulty in cleaning the welding slag on the inner wall of large-diameter spiral submerged arc welded pipe and the problem that the metal splashing from pipe cutting pollutes the steel pipe surface,an automatic clean and protection device for the inner wall of steel pipe is designed.The device is composed of cleaning and protection work vehicle,drag device and automatic control system.It has two functions:cleaning the residual welding slag on the inner wall of steel pipe and protecting the cutting splashing welding slag.The field application shows that the device can realize the automatic and efficient removal of residual welding slag and oxide on the inner wall in the production of spiral submerged arc welded pipe,and effectively block the molten pool metal droplets splashed on the pipe wall surface.The inner wall of the manufactured welded pipe is clean without slag removal and pipe end surface cleaning,which reduces the labor intensity and cost.
