摘要
在分析铁路装配式桥墩应用现状的基础上,从装配式桥墩结构设计的控制因素入手,对比分析了不同桥墩形式、不同连接方式的优缺点。结合地形、地质、自然气候、施工装备等因素研究铁路装配式桥墩的适用性,提出了铁路装配式桥墩推广应用所需具备的社会条件和技术条件。经分析得出,随着劳动力成本的增加和“环保、高效、协同”发展理念的不断深入,预制装配式桥墩在经济效益和社会效益方面具有显著优势。
Based on the analysis of the application status of railway fabricated pier,starting with the control factors of fabricated pier structure design,the advantages and disadvantages of different pier forms and different connection modes were compared and analyzed.Combined with topography,geology,natural climate,construction equipment and other factors,this paper studied the applicability of railway fabricated pier,and put forward the social and technical conditions required for the popularization and application of railway fabricated pier.The analysis shows that with the increase of labor cost and the deepening of the development concept of‘environmental protection,high efficiency and coordination’,prefabricated piers have significant economic and social advantages.
