摘要 为解决人工绘制铁路隧道衬砌病害矢量图费时费力以及人工录入出错率高的问题,提出基于DXF文件的铁路隧道衬砌病害图像自动矢量化方法。首先,利用轮廓识别算法获得衬砌病害点云的轮廓坐标;其次,根据铁路隧道的断面尺寸等信息,将上述轮廓坐标映射到隧道矢量图上;最后,利用DXF文件、C++语言实现铁路隧道衬砌病害矢量图的自动生成。在多条铁路隧道周期性检测的应用表明,该方法不仅可以满足不同隧道数据处理程序之间的快速交互和衬砌病害现场精准复核需求,还适用于不同线路等级、断面尺寸、单双线别的隧道。 In order to solve the problems of time-consuming for laborious manual drawing of railway tunnel lining defect vector map and high error rate of manual input,an automatic vectorization method of railway tunnel lining defect based on DXF files was proposed.Firstly,the contour coordinates of lining defect point cloud were obtained by contour recognition algorithm.Secondly,the contour coordinates were mapped to the tunnel vector map according to the section size of the railway tunnel.Finally,the automatic generation of railway tunnel lining defect vector graph was realized by using DXF file and C++language.The application of periodic detection in multiple railway tunnels shows that this method can not only meet the needs of rapid interaction between different tunnel data processing programs and accurate on-site review of lining defect,but also apply to tunnels with different line grades,section sizes,single and double tracks.
