在客滚船带伸缩臂的滑移式艏门结构设计中,协调点和需考虑的因素较多,造成结构设计、结构计算和技术管理挑战多、难度大。总结某系列客滚船技术管理过程中存在的问题,并结合相关规范的要求等详细剖析此类艏门的结构设计关键点。在此基础上,基于经验总结技术管理流程,以期为类似问题的有效解决提供借鉴。

There are many coordination points and factors for consideration in the structural design of sliding bow door with arms for Ropax vessels,which leads to challenges and difficulties in the structural design,structural calculations and technical management.This paper summarizes the existing problems in the technical management of a series Ropax vessel,and analyzes in detail the key points of bow door structural design according to the relevant rules and regulations.Meanwhile,the technical management process is summarized based on the experience to provide reference for the designer to solve similar problems.
