摘要
对舵系、桨系安装过程中的精度要求、总组搭载变形控制和施工工序等进行研究,确保满足舵桨匹配的高精度安装技术要求,实现在分段阶段安装舵系和轴系,以期达到舵桨系统安装技术的先进水平,有效缩短船坞建造周期。
This paper elaborates the study on the precision requirement,erection deformation control and construction procedures of the rudder system and the propeller system during the installation process to ensure that the rudder well matches the propeller with high accuracy,and to realize the installation of rudder system and the shaft system at the sectional construction stage.It is expected that the installation technology can reach the advanced level and effectively reduce the dock construction period.
