A Study on Conversion of CATIA Automatic Cutting Instruction

为解决CATIA软件无法生成型材自动切割指令的问题,通过对型材自动切割指令转换进行研究,探索一种将XLS文件转换为LST文件的方法。该方法在对LST文件和XLS文件进行分析的基础上,编写LST文件转换规则,将CATIA设计的型材文件转换成型材自动切割指令,并对每个切割指令进行切割检验。检验结果表明,切割指令转换高效、可靠。CATIA型材自动切割的实现不仅能保证产品质量,而且能提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

In order to solve the problem that CATIA software can’t generate automatic cutting instructions,a study on the conversion of automatic cutting instructions is carried out to produce a method that can convert XLS files into LST files.The method compiles the convert rules to turn the profile files designed by CATIA into the automatic cutting instructions based on the analysis of LST files and XLS files and then checks each cutting instruction.The examination result shows that the cutting instructions can be converted with high efficiency and reliability.The CATIA automatic cutting can not only ensure the product quality,but also improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.
