新时期陕西省煤炭资源勘查开发布局研究

Study on the layout of coal resources exploration and development in Shaanxi in the new Era

随着国家煤炭生产开发布局战略西移的加速,陕西省作为国内煤炭主产区之一,煤炭产业未来发展潜力巨大。为了优化陕西省煤炭资源勘查开发布局,基于最新全国煤炭资源潜力评价成果,从赋煤构造、含煤地层、资源分布等方面对陕西省煤炭资源概况进行了论述。分析了当前陕西省煤炭资源勘查开发现状,根据新发展理念和能源安全新战略,阐述了陕西省煤炭资源勘查开发的基本原则。根据优化布局与保障供应相结合、创新发展与深化改革相结合、绿色发展与高效利用相结合,提出了近期陕西省煤炭资源勘查目标和生产开发布局方向:以建设陕北、黄陇、神东大型煤炭基地为出发点,重点围绕陕北侏罗纪煤田、陕北石炭二叠纪煤田、陕北三叠纪煤田、黄陇侏罗纪煤田、渭北石炭—二叠纪煤田五大煤田,提高大型煤炭基地详查、勘探资源的比重,结合陕北、黄陇、神东3个大型煤炭生产基地建设实际与开发强度,进一步优化开发布局,同时加大煤层气资源勘查和开发力度,促进陕西省煤炭工业高质量发展。

With the acceleration of the westward shift of the national coal production and development layout strategy,Shaanxi,as one of the main coal producing areas in China,has great potential for the future development of the coal industry.In order to optimize the layout of coal resources exploration and development in Shaanxi,based on the latest national coal resources potential evaluation results,the general situation of coal resources in Shaanxi was discussed from coal bearing structure,coal bearing strata,resource distribution and other aspects.The current situation of coal resources exploration and development in Shaanxi was analyzed,and the basic principles of coal resources exploration and development in Shaanxi was introduced according to the new development concept and the new energy security strategy.According to the three combinations of optimizing layout and ensuring supply,innovative development and deepening reform,green development and efficient utilization,the goal of recent coal resources exploration and the direction of production and development layout in Shaanxi were put forward,including taking the construction of large coal bases in Northern Shaanxi,Huanglong and Shendong as the starting point,focusing on the five major coalfields of Northern Shaanxi Jurassic coalfield,Carboniferous Permian coalfield,Triassic coalfield,Huanglong Jurassic coalfield and Weibei Carboniferous Permian coalfield,and improving the proportion of resources detailed investigation and exploration in large coal beses,further optimizing the development layout combined with the construction practices and development intensity of three large coal production bases in Northern Shaanxi,Huanglong and Shendong,and increasing the exploration and development of coalbed methane resources,so as to promote the high-quality development of coal industry in Shaanxi.
