露天煤矿大型液压反铲干租租金影响因素研究

Study on influence factors of dry rent of large hydraulic backhoe in open-pit coal mine

为了了解各类因素对露天煤矿大型液压反铲干租租金的影响,采用资料查阅、调研写实、理论推导等方法建立了露天煤矿大型液压反铲干租租金的计算模型,借助Matlab计算软件分析了各类因素在不同情况下对干租租金的影响。研究结果表明:干租租金随设备原值的增加呈线性增大,随耐用总台班的增加呈抛物线减小,干租租金对耐用总台班敏感性较强;当设备原值、液压反铲循环时间与铲斗斗容三者共同作用于干租租金时,铲斗斗容起主导作用;液压反铲操作重量越大,耐用总台班越长,铲斗斗容越大,干租时租金越低。各类影响因素研究揭示了干租租金的响应机制,为大型液压反铲的租赁选型提供了参考。

In order to understand the influence of various factors on the dry rent of large hydraulic backhoe in open-pit coal mine,the calculation model on dry rent of large hydraulic backhoe in open-pit coal mine was established by means of data consulting,investigation and practical research and theoretical derivation.The influence of various factors on dry rent was analyzed with the help of Matlab in different circumstances.The results showed that the dry rent increased linearly with the increase of the original value of the equipment,and decreased in parabola with the increase of the total durable machine-team,and the dry rent was more sensitive to the total durable machine-team;when the original value of equipment,cycle time of hydraulic backhoe and bucket capacity affected together on the dry rent,bucket capacity played a leading role;the dry rent decreased with the increased of the operation weight of the hydraulic backhoe,the total durable machine-team and the bucket capacity.The study of various influencing factors revealed the response mechanism of dry rent and provided a basis and reference for lease selection of large hydraulic backhoe.
