缩缸再制造技术修复千斤顶缸体的研究与应用

Research and application of shrinking cylinder remanufacturing technologyfor jack cylinder block repairing

依据金属的热胀冷缩物理特性,对液压支架中存在腐蚀、拉伤等缺陷的千斤顶缸体进行缩缸再制造技术修复处理,介绍了缩缸再制造技术修复千斤顶缸体的专用设备结构,并分析了专用设备的工作原理及使用步骤,详细阐述了缩缸再制造技术在宁夏煤业有限责任公司液压支架维修中的应用。通过工业性试验实际应用表明,缩缸再制造技术修复千斤顶缸体既能提高千斤顶的使用寿命,又可降低液压支架的维修成本,修复后的千斤顶缸体能够接近或达到新加工缸体的使用寿命。

According to the physical characteristics of"heat expansion and cold contraction"of metal,the shrinking cylinder remanufacturing technology for repairing treatment of jack cylinder with corrosion,strain and other defects was carried out,the special equipment structure of the shrinking cylinder remanufacturing technology for repairing the jack cylinder block was introduced,the working principle and use steps of the special equipment were analyzed,and the application of the shrinking cylinder remanufacturing technology in the maintenance of hydraulic supports of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was elaborated.The practical application of industrial tests showed that the shrinking cylinder remanufacturing technology for jack cylinder block repairing could not only improve the service life of the jack,but also reduce the maintenance cost of the hydraulic support,and the repaired jack could approach or reach the service life of the newly processed cylinder block.
