坚持人民至上是中国共产党百年奋斗的重要历史经验,也是新时代新征程上党必须始终坚持的重大原则。在党的事业向着全面建成社会主义现代化强国的第二个百年奋斗目标迈进之际,需要准确把握中国共产党坚持人民至上的历史方位,深入认识坚持人民至上的战略方向,从健全党的领导制度体系、构建全面覆盖的群众工作网络、完善党员干部联系和服务群众的工作制度、完善发展全过程人民民主的制度体系、建立健全推动全体人民共同富裕的制度体系等方面加快形成党进一步站稳人民立场、贯彻群众路线的具体路径。
