井冈山斗争时期“扩红”研究

“扩红”,即扩大红军,是中国共产党和苏维埃政府为红军部队征募新兵、补充战斗人员、扩大红军力量方面所开展的工作。井冈山斗争时期,毛泽东和边界党组织采取了一系列有效措施扩大红军队伍。一是深入开展土地革命,解决农民的土地问题,激发农民参军参战,保卫胜利果实;二是积极推进社会变革,增强边界人民当家作主的主人翁意识,激发群众争当红军的积极性;三是严格纪律,争取群众对人民军队的认同、支持和参与,激发群众参军的主动性;四是加大教育宣传,积极开展兵运工作,争取大量白军士兵加入红军;五是红军战士同等分田分地,组织优抚红军家属,建立红军医院,解除红军战士后顾之忧。井冈山斗争时期“扩红”为中央苏区“扩红”积累了历史经验。

“Expanding the Red Army”was the work carried out by the Party and the Soviet government in recruiting new soldiers,replenishing combatants and enlarging the forces of the Red Army.During the struggle in Jinggangshan,Mao Zedong and the party organizations in the border area took a series of effective measures to expand the Red Army.The first was to carry out the agrarian revolution,solve the farmers’land problems,motivate farmers to join the army and fight in the war to defend the fruits of victory.The second was to actively promote social reform,enhance the awareness of the people as masters of their own country,and arouse the enthusiasm of the masses to join the Red Army.The third was to strengthen the discipline,win the people’s recognition of,support for and participation in the people’s army,and stimulate the people’s initiative to join the army.The fourth was to improve education and propaganda,actively carry out the work of soldier mobilization,and strive for a large number of white soldiers to join the Red Army.The fifth was to assign soldiers of the Red Army plots of land,organize special care for their families,and establish Red Army hospitals to relieve the worries of Red Army soldiers.The“expansion of the Red Army”during struggle in Jinggangshan accumulated historical experience for the“expansion of the Red Army”in the Central Soviet Area.
