摘要
国土空间规划体系的建立与实施标志着我国自然资源领域的深层次改革进入了新的历史时期。地理信息系统、卫星导航系统、规划信息系统成为行业信息化代表,需在规划设计专业教学中强化应用。文章从国土空间规划的法规和政策要求着手,分析了新时期规划设计课程的目标与侧重点,针对普通高校定位与自身发展特色,讨论国土空间规划行业在教学思想和教学内容中的信息化应用,提出了适应国土空间规划新形势下的改革措施。在课程设置方面,要建立富有“系统化”“大数据”“综合性”的线上、线下融合的教学体系,厘清各级各类国土空间规划的地位与侧重点;在课程组织方面,要在教学中着重专题讨论、系统实际应用、信息系统成果等内容;在教学评价方面,要注重培养学生的分析问题能力、动手实践能力、合作沟通能力,使课程成果能用、管用、好用。
The establishment and implementation of the territorial space planning system indicates that the deep-seated reform in the field of natural resources in China has entered a new historical period.Geographic information system(GIS),satellite navigation system and planning information system have become the representatives of industry informatization,which needs to be strengthened in the teaching of planning and design.Starting with the requirements of laws and policies for territorial space planning,this paper analyzes the objectives and key points of planning and design courses in the new era,aiming at the orientation and development characteristics of ordinary colleges and universities.This paper discusses the information application of territorial space planning industry in teaching ideas and teaching contents,and puts forward the reform measures to adapt to the new situation of territorial space planning.In the aspect of curriculum setting,it is necessary to establish an online and offline integrated teaching system rich in"systematization","big data"and"comprehensive",so as to clarify the status and focus of territorial space planning at all levels and types;in the aspect of curriculum organization,it is necessary to focus on thematic discussion,practical application of the system,information system achievements and so on in teaching;and in the aspect of teaching evaluation,we should focus on cultivation of students'problem-analyzing ability,hands-on ability and cooperation ability and communication ability,so as to ensure the course results useful,practical and feasible in use.
