带内网络遥测缺失数据补全算法研究

摘要 带内网络遥测技术通过用户数据包随路收集网络状态信息的方式实现网络业务端到端状态可视化,改变了传统网络测量将网络交换设备作为中间黑盒处理的研究思路,利用数据平面直接驱动网络测量过程,具有灵活可编程、实时性强、噪声少、路径级网络状态感知等优点,受到了学术领域以及生产领域的广泛关注。但是在带内网络遥测的过程中,不可避免地会出现丢包等故障现象的发生。文章从带内网络遥测出发,模拟数据丢失情况,进行数据补全的算法研究,并进行横纵向对比。 The in-band network telemetry technology realizes the end-to-end state visualization of the network service by collecting the network state information along the way by the user data packet,which changes the research idea that the traditional network measurement treats the network switching equipment as an intermediate black box.The data plane is used to directly drive the network measurement process,which has the advantages of flexible programming,strong real-time performance,less noise,path-level network state perception and so on.It has received extensive attention in the academic field as well as in the field of production.However,in the process of in-band network telemetry,packet loss and other failures will inevitably occur.Starting from the in-band network telemetry,this paper simulates the data loss and studies the algorithm of data completion,and compares it horizontally and longitudinally.
