一种建筑工地抑尘联动系统的设计与研究

随着城市化进程的不断发展,施工过程中的扬尘成为城市污染的主要源头之一,有效处理扬尘成为每个施工工程需解决的一大问题。文章主要设计一种在建筑工地施工现场安装于塔吊上的抑尘联动系统,可以自动检测现场环境PM2.5和温度值,自动进行喷雾,达到降尘降温的效果,可自动进行低、中、高速切换,不仅实现了绿色环保,而且达到了节能的功能。

With the continuous development of the process of urbanization,the dust in the construction process has become one of the main sources of urban pollution,and the effective treatment of dust has become a major problem to be solved in every construction project.This paper mainly designs a kind of dust suppression linkage system installed on the tower crane in the construction site,which can automatically detect the PM2.5 and temperature of the field environment,spray automatically,achieve the effect of dust reduction and cooling,and automatically switch between low,medium and high speed,which not only realizes the green environmental protection,but also achieves the function of energy saving.
