综合利用城市工程渣土建设高标准农田途径初探--以云南省为例 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国城市化进程不断加快,以工程渣土为主的各类建筑固废大量产生,全国多个城市面临“渣土围城”“弃土难消”的困境,如何科学、合理消纳处置及资源化利用渣土,是当前高质量发展背景下城市管理者亟需回答的重要命题。通过分析当前国内工程渣土消纳处置现状,借鉴国内外渣土资源化利用有效途径,结合云南省现有耕地情况,提出一种有效消纳城市工程渣土,促进城乡融合发展的解决方案,以供借鉴和参考。 With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,a large number of solid wastes of all kinds of buildings,mainly engineering dregs,are produced.Many cities across the country are faced with the dilemma of"waste soil besieged"and"difficult to dispose of the abandoned soil".It is an important proposition that urban managers urgently need to answer in the context of high-quality development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic engineering residue absorption and disposal,considering the effective ways of resource utilization of slag soil at home and abroad,and according to the existing cultivated land situation in Yunnan Province,this paper puts forward a solution to effectively absorb urban engineering residue and promote the integration and development of urban and rural areas.
