Flapping wing flying robot is a new type of aircraft.Because of its special flight mode and unique advantages,it has high research value and is widely used in military and civil aviation services.The development and research status of flapping wing flying robot at home and abroad are described firstly,then the key technologies of the development of flapping wing flying robot are analyzed in detail from the aspects of aerodynamics theory and mechanical structure,and finally the development trend of flapping wing flying robot in the future is prospected.
