电力施工弃土制块装置设计

摘要 电力建设中,高压线铁塔基础施工多在野外进行,施工中开挖土方产生大量的废弃土,对周边环境造成大量诸如水土流失等不可逆转的破坏。为保护塔基周边环境,现研制一种适合野外施工现场条件,能够拆分、安装简便、转运轻便的装置,把施工产生的废土就近制成具有一定强度、形状规则的土块。制成的土块整齐地码放或铺设在铁塔塔基周围,防止水土流失、保护环境,同时回收利用施工弃土。该装置主要由搅拌机构、输送机构、PLC控制压坯机构三部分组成,符合现场施工条件要求,具备自带动力及电力、可拆分、易转运等特点,稳定可靠、参数可调、效率高、节省人力。 In the electric power construction,the foundation construction of high-voltage line tower is mostly carried out in the field,and the excavation of earthwork in the construction produces a large amount of waste soil,which causes a lot of irreversible damage to the surrounding environment,such as soil erosion.In order to protect the surrounding environment of the tower foundation,a kind of device suitable for the field construction site is developed,which can be split,installed and transported easily,and the waste soil produced by the construction can be made into a piece of soil with certain strength and regular shape nearby.The made soil blocks are neatly placed or laid around the tower base to prevent soil erosion,protect the environment,and recycle the construction abandoned soil.The device is mainly composed of mixing mechanism,conveying mechanism and PLC control pressing mechanism,which meets the requirements of on-site construction conditions,has the characteristics of own power and electricity,and is detachable,easy for transferring,stable and reliable,with adjustable parameters,high efficiency and labor saving.
