高层建筑消防电气设计隐患及火灾报警系统优化策略研究 被引量:19

摘要 伴随着经济的快速发展和城市化建设的逐步推进,我国高层建筑工程的数量逐渐增多,人们对于高层建筑设计的质量也越来越重视。其中消防电气设计是高层建筑设计工作的基本内容之一。然而,目前我国高层建筑的消防电气设计依然存在着诸如照明设备的延长时间不合理、线路材质不合格以及线路敷设不科学等问题。因此,相关的设计人员在设计高层建筑时,应该高度重视对火灾报警系统、火灾报警器以及火灾探测器等的优化设计,科学设计高层建筑的消防电气,进而使高层建筑的防火安全得到有效保障。文章将在分析科学设计高层建筑消防电气的意义以及目前高层建筑消防电气设计存在的问题与应对方法的基础上,探究其火灾警报系统的具体优化方案。 With the rapid development of economy and the gradual promotion of urbanization,the number of high-rise building projects in China is gradually increasing,and people focus more attention on the quality of high-rise building design.Among them,fire electrical design is one of the basic contents of high-rise building design.However,there still existsome problems in the fire electrical design of high-rise buildings,such as unreasonable extension time of lighting equipment,unqualified line material and unscientific line laying.Therefore,the relevant designers in the design of high-rise buildings,should attach great importance to the optimization design of fire alarm system,fire alarm and fire detector,scientific design of high-rise building fire electrical,so that the fire safety of high-rise buildings can be effectively guaranteed.Based on the analysis of the significance of scientific design of high-rise building fire electrical and the existing problems and countermeasures of high-rise building fire electrical design,this paper explores the specific optimization scheme of its fire alarm system.
