农药残留检测技术及关键环节控制探讨 被引量:5

摘要 当前,农药与化肥是保证农业生产的根本措施,在全面提高农业生产效率的同时,也出现了一些负面影响,如农药残留就是最为主要的问题,对农产品质量和食品安全产生了不利的影响。为了全面保证人们健康,需要通过科学的农药残留检测,全面保证数据的准确性和灵敏度,才能进一步对植物产品农药残留做好科学快速的检测,有效根据问题处理好农药残留问题。文章阐述了农药残留检测技术并对样品前处理过程和检测过程等关键环节进行控制改进,进一步提出提高检测准确性的措施。 At present,pesticides and chemical fertilizers are the fundamental measures to ensure agricultural production.While comprehensively improving the efficiency of agricultural production,there are also some negative effects,such as pesticide residues are the most important problems.It has a negative impact on the quality of agricultural products and food safety.In order to ensure people's health in an all-round way,scientific pesticide residue detection is needed to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of the data,so as to further do a scientific and rapid detection of pesticide residues in plant products and effectively deal with the problem of pesticide residues according to the problem.In this paper,the detection technology of pesticide residues is described,and the key links such as sample pretreatment process and detection process are controlled and improved,and the measures to improve the detection accuracy are put forward.
