高效制作双层床体工艺装置设计与研究

Design and Research on Process Device for Efficient Fabrication of Bunk Bed

职业教育最大特点是教育的职业化,而将生产性实训与理实一体化课程有机结合,是提高实践教学的重要途径。本文根据机电类专业钳焊实训教学需要,结合学生公寓用双层床制作实际要求,设计制作了一套下料、钻孔、打磨、焊接工装,不仅提高了生产效率和制作精度,还将钳工、焊工专业知识融入到制作生产过程中,达到了教与研、学与练、生产与实践相结合的职业教育办学目的。

The biggest characteristic of vocational education is the professionalization of education,and the organic combination of productive practical training and theory practice integration curriculum is an important way to improve practical teaching.According to the needs of clamp welding training teaching of electromechanical specialty and combined with the actual requirements of making bunk bed in student apartment,this paper designs and makes a set of blanking,drilling,grinding and welding tooling,which not only improves the production efficiency and production accuracy,but also integrates the professional knowledge of fitter and welder into the production process,so as to achieve the purpose of vocational education combining teaching and research,learning and practice,production and practice.
