发热门诊新型冠状病毒感染肺炎应急流程管理及防控策略分析

Analysis of Energency Procedure and Prevention Strategy of COVID⁃19 in Fever Clinic

目的:探讨发热门诊处置新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的应急管理流程及防控策略,有效防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎。方法:从分诊流程制定,预检分诊筛查,救治绿色通道,救治人员专业化培训,防控规范化等方面,制定应急流程及防控策略。结果:2020年1月1日至2020年2月28日惠州市中心人民医院发热门诊接诊发热人次5545例,完善核酸检测3624例,排查出新冠肺炎疑似病例157例,负压救护车共出车转运新冠肺炎确诊病例39车次,共转运确诊患者69例。结论:科学规范预检分诊流程,重视新冠肺炎患者流行病学调查,做到早识别、早诊断,尽早隔离治疗,同时制定相关应急流程和防控策略,是确保有效救治新冠肺炎患者的重要前提。

Objective:To investigate the emergency procedure and prevention strategy for the treatment of COVID⁃19 in fever clinic.To effectively prevent and control COVID⁃19 infection.Methods:Emergency procedure and prevention strategy from redesigned triage process and pre⁃inspection screening,attaching importance to the green channels and personal skill training were developed.Results:Data from January 1,2020 to February 28,2020 were analyzed.5,545 patients who came to the fever clinic in Huizhou Central People's Hospital were involved.3624 samples of COVID⁃19 nucleic acid have been detected,and 157 sample were suspiciously positive.Negative pressure ambulances were dispatched 39 times to transport confirmed cases of 56 COVID⁃19 patients.Conclusion:To ensure patients with COVID⁃19 get effective treatment,it is important to standardize the triage process including attaching importance to the epidemiological investigation,make sure early identification,early diagnosis,early isolation and treatment,and formulating emergency procedure and prevention strategy.
