滨州市引黄灌区水资源高质量利用对策探讨

Discussion on countermeasures of high-quality utilization of water resources in Binzhou Yellow river irrigation district

滨州市属于资源性严重缺水区域,经济社会发展高度依赖黄河水源。为改善黄河流域生态环境,实现引黄灌区水资源科学调配以及高质量利用,本文通过对滨州引黄灌区水资源现状、灌区运行情况进行调研和分析,提出灌区水资源优化配置的对策措施,以期实现引黄灌区水资源高质量利用,为区域发展提供水利支撑。

Binzhou City is a region with severe water shortage in resources,and its economic and social development is highly dependent on the water source of the Yellow River.In order to improve the ecological environment of the Yellow River basin and realize the scientific allocation and high-quality utilization of water resources in the Yellow River diversion irrigation district.Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of water resources and the operation of the irrigation area in Binzhou Yellow River diversion irrigation district,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the optimal allocation of water resources in the irrigation area,so as to realize the high-quality utilization of water resources in the irrigation area of the Yellow River diversion and provide water conservancy support for regional development.
