摘要
辽河流域作为我国重要的商品粮基地,在我国粮食安全方面具有十分重要的地位。本文对辽河流域农田灌溉现状进行了分析,提出了流域现状主要存在的农业用水量超过用水总量控制指标、灌区缺乏渠系计量设施和用水价格机制、灌区管理制度不健全等问题,据此提出了调整种植结构、大力发展现代高效节水农业、加强农田灌溉管理及加强农田灌溉节水科技创新等对策与建议。研究结果可为流域未来的灌溉发展方向提供参考。
Liaohe River basin,as an important commodity grain base in China,plays a very important role in China's food security.This paper analyzes the current situation of farmland irrigation in Liaohe River basin,and points out that the main problems in the current situation of the basin are that the agricultural water consumption exceeds the total water consumption control index,the irrigation area lacks canal system metering facilities and water price mechanism,The management system of irrigation area is not perfect.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as adjusting planting structure,vigorously developing modern and efficient water-saving agriculture,strengthening farmland irrigation management and strengthening scientific and technological innovation of water-saving irrigation.It can provide reference for the future irrigation development direction of the basin.
