中国洪水预报系统在贺江流域河库联合调度预报中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用中国洪水预报系统对贺江流域重要水文断面和水库入库流量进行过程预报,结合上下游防汛要求,开展河库预报调度一体化工作。2019年6月中旬洪水期间,及时预报合面狮水库最大入库流量,经水库运行管理部门科学调度,将上游最大入库流量约3700 m^(3)/s的洪水削峰至2700 m^(3)/s,降低下游信都、南丰洪峰水位约1.0 m,防洪效果显著。 China Flood Forecasting System is adopted to predict the inflow process of key hydrological sections and reservoirs in Hejiang River basin.Combined with upstream and downstream flood control requirements,integrated forecasting and regulating of rivers and reservoirs are conducted.During the flood in mid-June of 2019,the maxi⁃mum inflow of Hemianshi Reservoir was predicted in time;the maximum reservoir inflow was reduced from 3700m^(3)/s to 2700 m^(3)/s and the flood peak level was lowered by 1m at downstream Xindu and Nanfeng due to scientific regulat⁃ing of reservoir administration department.
