摘要
目前市面上大部分潜孔钻车接卸钻杆作业依赖人工,螺纹接触时冲击力大、轴压大,易造成钻杆螺纹磕碰损伤及螺纹重度磨损,缩短了钻杆的使用寿命,加剧钻杆的失效风险。本文分析了钻杆在接卸扣过程中的失效原因,在普通潜孔钻车基础上提出一种柔性接卸扣系统的设计方案,运用Amesim对新旧系统进行建模和仿真对比分析,结果表明该柔性接卸扣系统能够有效地降低钻杆螺纹的接触冲击力及螺纹间摩擦力。
Today, the majority of coupling operations of drilling rods to the rock drill rigs are performed manually.Threads on drilling rod are prone to bump damages and heavy wear caused by the high impact and axial pressure upon threads contact. This reduces the service life of the drilling rod and increases the risk of drilling rod failure. The paper parses the causes behind failures during the coupling operations, put forward a flexible coupling system design based on conventional DTH drilling rigs and conducts the modeling and simulation of the new and existing systems with Amesim.The results show that this type of flexible coupling system can reduce the contact impact and friction between threads greatly.
