Design of a New and Convenient Automatic Hawthorn Core-removing Machine

本文充分利用山楂自身的形状特征和物理特性,借助水洗浮力正位、漏斗式设计定位解决了山楂中心定位的关键难题,设计了一种新型便捷式自动化山楂去核一体机。该机械的梯式果模传送带与冲核刀具同步匹配,实现了山楂的清洗、定位、去核、收集的连续化、自动化作业。新型便捷式自动化山楂去核一体机简单、实用、易拆卸、易搬运,具有较好的推广应用价值。

This paper made full use of the shape and physical characteristics of hawthorn, solved the key problem of hawthorn center positioning with the help of washing buoyancy upright position and funnel-type design positioning, and designed a new and convenient automatic hawthorn core-removing machine. The machine′s ladder-type fruit mold conveyor belt was synchronized with the punching tool, which realized the continuous and automatic operation of hawthorn cleaning, positioning, core-removing and collection. The new and convenient automatic hawthorn core-removing machine is simple, practical, easy to disassemble and easy to handle, and has good promotion and application value.
