摘要
为探究适合温室生产中CO_(2)气肥的来源,采用4、6、8、10和12 mol/L的盐酸与常见的建筑石子反应,分析了不同浓度盐酸与石子反应后的产气量和CO_(2)生成速率与时间的关系,以及反应过程中石子溶解的机理。结果表明,盐酸体积相同时,CO_(2)生成量和生成速率的规律为12 mol/L>10 mol/L>8 mol/L>6 mol/L>4 mol/L。在温室生产中,可采用12 mol/L的盐酸与石子反应,通过CO_(2)智能释放系统进行施肥,使室内CO_(2)浓度快速达到植物生长所需水平。
In order to explore source of CO_(2) gas fertilizer suitable for greenhouse production,4,6,8,10 and 12 mol/L hydrochloric acid were used to react with common building stones,relationship between gas production and CO_(2) generation rate after reaction of different concentrations of hydrochloric acid with stone and time,as well as mechanism of stone dissolution in reaction process were analyzed.Results showed that when volume of hydrochloric acid was the same,law of CO_(2) generation amount and generation rate was 12 mol/L>10 mol/L>8 mol/L>6 mol/L>4 mol/L.In greenhouse production,12 mol/L hydrochloric acid could be used to react with stones,and fertilization could be carried out through CO_(2) intelligent release system,so that the indoor CO_(2) concentration could quickly reach level required for plant growth.
