高铁酸钾氧化去除DOM的影响因素及荧光光谱特性 被引量:6

Influencing Factors and Fluorescence Spectrum Characteristics of DOM Removed by Potassium Ferrate Oxidation

摘要 为了研究高铁酸钾氧化作用对饮用水中溶解性有机物(DOM)的去除效果,以济南市雪山水厂原水为研究对象,考察反应时间、初始pH值和高铁酸钾投加量等因素对溶解性有机碳(DOC)和UV_(254)去除效果的影响,并采用三维荧光光谱(EEM)技术联合荧光区域积分(FRI)法,对水中DOM的荧光组分进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,当高铁酸钾投加量为20 mg/L、初始pH值为6、150 r/min下搅拌40 s、静置30 min时,对水中DOM的去除效果最佳,DOC去除率达到15.2%,UV_(254)去除率达到69.2%;荧光分析表明,高铁酸钾对腐殖质类物质的荧光强度有明显的削减作用,通过计算荧光指数(FI)和生物指数(BIX)得出,各处理水样中的DOM都具有较强的自生源特征。 To investigate the effect of potassium ferrate oxidation on removal of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in drinking water,the effects of reaction time,initial pH and potassium ferrate dosage on removal efficiency of dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and UV_(254) in raw water of Xueshan Waterworks in Jinan were explored,and fluorescence components of DOM in the water were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy(EEM)combined with fluorescence region integral(FRI)method.When the dosage of potassium ferrate was 20 mg/L,the initial pH value was 6,stirring at 150 r/min for 40 s and static settling time for 30 min,the removal effect of DOM in water was the best,and the removal rates of DOC and UV_(254) reached 15.2%and 69.2%respectively.The fluorescence analysis showed that potassium ferrate significantly reduced the fluorescence intensity of humus.The calculation of fluorescence index(FI)and biological index(BIX)indicated that DOM in all treated water samples had strong autogenic characteristics.
