摘要
针对混凝土轻质墙板的上墙含水率及其对墙体干缩性能的影响,进行了含水率试验,研究了混凝土轻质墙板上墙含水率对干缩性能及其防裂措施的影响,探索了混凝土轻质墙板干缩随含水率的变化规律,提出了混凝土轻质墙板含水率时变模型,可为墙板合理的养护或上墙时间、干缩裂缝控制提供参考。
Aiming at the moisture content during construction of the concrete lightweight wallboard and its influence on the dry shrinkage performance of the wall,the moisture content test was carried out.The influence of moisture content during construction of concrete lightweight wallboard on dry shrinkage performance and crack prevention measures was studied,and the variation law of dry shrinkage of concrete lightweight wallboard with moisture content was studied.Furthermore,the time-varying model of moisture content of concrete lightweight wallboard was put forward.The results can provide a reference for the reasonable maintenance time and the control of dry shrinkage cracks.
