摘要
利用废弃PET塑料制备了再生PET塑料骨料(RPA),研究了RPA部分取代天然细骨料(0、10%、20%、30%、40%)对砂浆单轴受压性能的影响,并建立了掺RPA砂浆的单轴受压应力-应变本构关系。结果表明:随着RPA取代率的增加,试件的延性增加,应力-应变曲线上升段和下降段斜率逐渐降低,峰值应力和弹性模量逐渐降低;试件的峰值应变、极限应变和抗压韧性指数均随着RPA取代率的增加而增大;建立的掺RPA砂浆单轴受压本构方程计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
Recycled PET plastic aggregate(RPA)was prepared from waste PET plastics.The effect of RPA partially replacing natural fine aggregate(0,10%,20%,30%,40%)on the uniaxial compressive properties of mortar was studied,and the uniaxial compressive stress-strain constitutive relationship of mortar mixed with RPA was established.The results show that with the increase of RPA replacement rate,the ductility of the specimen increases,the slopes of the rising and falling sections of the stress-strain curve gradually decrease,and the peak stress and elastic modulus gradually decrease.The peak strain,ultimate strain and compressive toughness index increase with the increase of RPA replacement rate.The established constitutive equation of the mortar mixed with RPA under uniaxial compression is in good agreement with the experimental results.
