党参提取液对玉米种子萌发及根系形态的影响

摘要 为解决党参连作障碍,优化党参产业种植模式,寻找适合与党参轮作的玉米品种,以晋单56,晋单78,郑单958和郑单1002为材料,通过室内培养法,研究了党参提取液对玉米种子萌发和幼苗根系生长的影响,探讨党参提取液对玉米生长的影响。结果表明,党参提取液对4种玉米均具有不同程度影响,其中,对晋单56号具有双重化感作用,即低浓度促进生长,高浓度抑制生长。对晋单78和郑单1002的种子萌发具有抑制作用,对幼苗生长具有低促高抑的作用。对郑单958玉米种子和幼苗均具有较显著的抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高抑制作用增强。 To tackle the monocropping obstacle and optimize the planting pattern of Codonopsis Pilosula,an experiment was conducted to find out the suitable maize variety for rotation with Codonopsis Pilosula.The effect of Codonopsis Pilosula extract on the seed germination and root growth of maize was studied by indoor incubation method,and the maize varieties:Jindan56,Jindan78,Zhengdan958 and Zhengdan1002 were used as tested materials.The results showed that Codonopsis pilosum extract had different effects on 4 kinds of maize.It promoted the seed germination and root growth of Jindan 56 at low concentration,but turned out contrary at high concentration.It inhibited the seed germination of Jindan 78 and Zhengdan 1002,and promoted the root growth at low concentration,while had inhibitory effects at high concentration.It significantly inhibited the seed germination and root growth of Zhengdan 958,and the inhibition strengthened with the increase of concentration.
