新时代高质量应用型人才培养的几个重要问题探讨

根据习近平总书记福建闽江学院考察精神,提出构建新时代高质量应用型人才培养体系,需要重点解决应用型人才培养基础性和实践性不足的问题,处理好满足社会需求与促进学生全面发展的关系。坚持四个回归,需求导向、学生中心,突出立德树人、坚定应用型办学定位;强化基础;强化实践、改革课堂教学方法,着力培养学生学习能力、适应社会能力和创造能力,全力促进学生成长成才。

According to what President Xi Jinping put in his inspection at Minjiang University,to build a high quality applied talents training system in the new era needs to focus on solving the problems of insufficient foundations and practicality,and the relation between meeting social needs and promoting students’all-around development.Four returns should be adhered to:demand orientation,student centrality,enhancing moral values establishment and people cultivation,and committing to applied school-running positioning.The foundation and practical teaching should be strengthened,classroom teaching methods’reformed,students’learning ability,social adaptability and creativity cultivated,and students growth and talent development facilitated with all efforts.
