摘要
教授职位是德国高校系统中的一个核心职位类型,非常规教授职位种类的增多改变了长期存在的教授职位模式。很长一段时间以来,这种教授职位的内在差异主要出现在综合大学,但现在也扩展到了应用科学大学。基于一些联邦州的高等教育法,概述了法律规定的教授职位种类,论述了哪些种类利于应用科学大学的发展。在“应用科学大学人才(FH-Personal)”资助计划出台的背景下,讨论了应用科学大学如何促非常规教授职位的战略性发展问题以及面临的相关挑战。
In Germany,the professorship marks the central position in higher education.However,there is an increasing number of variations regarding their concrete design.For a long time this internal differentiation of professorship mainly affected universities,but is now also expanding to universities of applied sciences(UAS).Based on the analysis of higher education laws,the article offers an overview of legally regulated professorship variants and explains which are particularly practicable for UAS.Against the background of the FH-Personal funding program,it discusses to what extent certain variants may support a strategic development of UAS,and what challenges can be associated with them.
