八角茴香挥发油抗菌抗氧化研究进展

摘要 八角茴香是我国特产,其主要药效成分为黄酮类化合物和挥发油。八角茴香挥发油的提取方法有水蒸气蒸馏法、索氏提取法、超临界CO_(2)萃取法、微波提取和超声提取等。本文对采用不同提取方法得到的八角茴香挥发性组分的GC-MS结果进行了分析和比较,并对抗菌、抗氧化成分的研究进行了综述,期望能为八角茴香挥发油在食品、保健品及药品方面作为天然抗菌剂及抗氧化产品的开发利用提供依据。 Star anise is a special product in China.Its main medicinal ingredients are flavonoids and volatile oil.The extraction methods of essential oil from star anise include steam distillation,soxhlet extraction,supercritical CO_(2) extraction,microwave extraction and ultrasonic extraction.Rhe obtained by different extraction methods of star anise volatile components of GC-MS results were analyzed and compared,and the study of antibacterial and antioxidant were summarized,hoping to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization for star anise essential oil in the food,health products and medical aspects as natural antimicrobial and antioxidant products.
