等离子体协同碳材料降解新胭脂红染料废水

摘要 采用低温等离子体技术协同碳材料降解新胭脂红染料废水,探讨了输入功率、初始pH值以及空气流量对新胭脂红降解的影响。结果表明输入功率为40 W、初始新胭脂红浓度为100 mg/L、初始pH值为5.08、空气流量为50 L/h时,时间为14 min时新胭脂红的降解率可达80%以上;输入功率40 W,弱酸性pH和较高的空气流量均有利于提高新胭脂红的降解率。活性炭纤维在第2、3次重复利用时吸附-催化效果较好,第4、5次重复利用时吸附-催化性能大幅降低。 New carmine dye wastewater was degraded by non-thermal plasma combined with carbon materials,the effects of input power,initial pH and air flow rate on the degradation of new carminedye were investigated.The results showed that when the input power was 40 W,the initial concentration of new carmine was 100 mg/L,the initial pH value was 5.08,and the air flow rate was 50 L/h,the degradation efficiency of new carmine dye could reach more than 80%at a discharge time of 14 min.A input power of 40 W,weak acid pH and higher air flow rate were beneficial to improve the degradation efficiency of new carmine dye.The adsorption-catalytic performance of activated carbon fiber was better in the second and third reuse,which was greatly reduced in the fourth and fifth reuse.
