温通泡浴颗粒剂的成型工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究温通泡浴颗粒剂的最佳成型工艺。采用单因素和正交试验考察法,以其剂型的成型率、堆密度、休止角、外观、溶化性、粘附性作为评价指标,确定全浸膏制粒与半浸膏制粒的差异性。半浸膏粉的成型率平均得分为29.9分、堆密度平均得分为28.5分、休止角平均得分为39.0分,总分97.4分;全浸膏稠膏的成型率平均得分29.3分、堆密度平均得分29.6分、休止角平均得分37.6分,总分96.5分。 The optimum molding technology of warm bubble bath granuleswas studied.The single factor and orthogonal test were used to determine the difference between full extract granulation and half extract granulation by taking the formability,heap density,angle of repose,appearance,solubility and adhesion of the dosage form as evaluation indexes.The average score of forming ratio,pile density and angle of rerest of semi-extractum powder was 29.9,28.5 and 39.0,respectively,and the total score was 97.4.The average score of forming ratio,pile density and angle of repose of the whole extract was 29.3,29.6 and 37.6,respectively,and the total score was 96.5.
