摘要
材料化学专业是从化学角度探索材料的微观结构对其宏观性能的影响规律,其传统教学模式缺乏新颖性以及与现代新型工程技术结合不够紧密。增材制造技术是近三十年发展起来的一种新型数字化加工技术。文章基于材料化学本科专业的现有教学体系,用课程实例探讨了增材制造技术与本专业教学过程的有机结合。该方法不仅能改善教学效果,还能有效的培养学生的动手能力和创新思维。
The major of material chemistry is to explore the influence of material microstructure on its macro properties from the perspective of chemistry.Its traditional teaching mode lacks novelty and is not closely combined with modern new engineering technology.Additive manufacturing technology is a new digital processing technology developed in recent 30 years.Based on the existing teaching system of material chemistry undergraduate,this paper discusses the organic combination of additive manufacturing technology and the teaching process of this specialty with course examples.This method can not only improve the teaching effect,but also effectively cultivate students practical ability and innovative thinking.
