基于校城融合应用型人才培养模式探索与实践

摘要 在新工科建设背景下,基于校城融合发展理念,本文针对目前高校化学、化工类应用型人才培养模式中存在的不足,结合地方化学、化工产业发展需求,积极探索和实践应用型人才培养模式改革与创新。通过建立健全协同育人机制、优化专业课程体系、培养双师型教师、搭建实习实训平台、重视学生实践工程能力培养等一系列教育教学改革措施的实施,人才培养质量得到显著提升。 Under the background of emerging engineering education,based on the concept of school-city integration,aiming at the shortcomings of the current applied talents training mode of chemistry and chemical engineering in colleges and universities,combined with the development needs of local chemical industry,the reform and innovation of applied talents training mode was explored and practiced.Through the implementation of a series of education and teaching reform measures,such as establishing and improving the collaborative education mechanism,optimizing the professional curriculum system,training double-qualified teachers,building practice training platform and paying attention to the cultivation of students practice and engineering ability,the quality of talent training was improved.
