基于双稳态的轨道列车能量收集器设计与实现

摘要 由于传感技术在轨道列车上的应用,自供电技术的重要性不断提高。针对此应用场景,文章设计并实现了一种可应用于轨道列车的双稳态电磁能量收集器,可以利用低频的列车振动进行自供电状态监测。该能量收集器的双稳态结构振动带宽与轨道列车运行中的振动信号带宽相匹配,具有较高的能量收集效率。此外,文章还探讨了摩擦力对该装置的带宽和输出电压范围的影响。 Due to the application of sensing technology in rail trains,the importance of self-powered technology is constantly increasing.In view of this application scenario,this paper presents the design and implementation of a dowble-stability electromagnetic energy harvester that can be applied to rail trains,which can monitor the self-powered state by using low-frequency train vibrations.The vibration bandwidth of the dowble-stability structure of the energy harvester is matched with the vibration signal bandwidth in the train operation,and has high energy collection efficiency.In addition,this paper also discusses the influence of friction on the bandwidth and output voltage range of the device.
