摘要
叙述了某新建油库施工质量检查中发现的输油、油气回收、消防等管道安装存在交叉跨越间距不足;管道与基础及墙体间距不足;管道存在“盲肠”、“气袋”以及防腐层脱皮、破损、透底等质量缺陷,指出质量缺陷产生的原因是施工图纸设计有误、图纸会审和技术交底不细、施工现场质量控制不严以及质量信息反馈意识不强,提出了质量缺陷处理的程序和整改方法,为类似施工质量问题的整改提供了借鉴。
The quality defects existing in the installation of pipelines for oil transportation,oil vapor recovery and fire protection,found in the construction quality inspection of a new oil depot,are described,such as insufficient cross span space,insufficient distance between pipeline and foundation and wall,"cecum","air bag"in the pipeline,and peeling,damage and penetration of anti-corrosion coating.It is pointed out that the quality defects are caused from wrong design of construction drawings,poor joint review of drawings and technical disclosure,lax quality control on construction site and weak quality information feedback consciousness.The procedures and rectification methods for quality defect treatment are proposed,which can provide a reference for the rectification of similar construction quality problems.
