负压波管道泄漏监测技术的探讨及改进 被引量:5

摘要 在简要指出当前石油管道泄漏监测常用的流量平衡法、建模监测法以及基于信号处理监测方法的各自局限性的基础上,对目前石油管道泄漏检测常用的监测方法进行了重点介绍,并针对各方法的局限性介绍了改进方法,负压波波速的确定、结合工况调整降低误报率、负压波法耦合流量(体积)法、系统时间校正、负压波法结合小波去噪分析法多种方法的结合使用,可有效提升石油管道泄漏报警的时效性和准确性。 The limitations of flow balance method,modeling monitoring method,and the monitoring methods based on signal processing are pointed out.The working principle,advantages and limitations of the negative pressure wave leakage detection method are mainly introduced,which is commonly used in oil pipeline leakage detection based on signal processing monitoring method.The improvement suggestions are put forward from the determination of negative pressure wave velocity,reduction of false alarm rate combining with condition adjustment,adoption of negative pressure wave coupling flow(volume)method,system time correction,negative pressure wave method combined with wavelet denoising analysis method,which can effectively improve the timeliness and accuracy of oil pipeline leakage alarm.
