摘要
随着智能电网建设的推进,传统的纸质档案移交管理已不能满足电网工程信息化需求。针对新一代电网三维数字化移交,为解决移交不直观、数据繁多等问题,文章提出多元异构数据处理方式,采用三维模型轻量化技术、三维仿真与调度技术,实现基于WebGIS的三维可视化平台。该平台是集成工程信息、地理信息、数字化模型和文档资料,贯穿工程建设全过程,完成三维数字化移交的应用,为电网建设数字化、精细化、智能化提供可靠的平台支撑。
With the advancement of smart grid construction,the traditional paper file handover management can not meet the informatization needs of power grid engineering.Aiming at the 3D digital handover of the new generation power grid,in order to solve the problems of non intuitive handover and numerous data,this paper puts forward a multivariate heterogeneous data processing method,and adopts 3D model lightweight technology,3D simulation and dispatching technology to realize the 3D visualization platform based on WebGIS.The platform integrates engineering information,geographic information,digital models and documents,runs through the whole process of project construction,completes the application of 3D digital handover,and provides a reliable platform support for the digitization,refinement and intelligence of power grid construction.
