摘要
为实现对玻璃磨边机床的远程管控与智能维护,运用数字孪生技术对玻璃磨边远程运维管理系统进行了研究。首先使用Demo3D构造玻璃磨边机床的虚拟模型,并对物理实体进行映射;再设计面向玻璃磨边的计算机辅助制造软件,实现玻璃从毛坯到成品的加工周期远程管控;最后集成物理实体、虚拟实体、连接、孪生数据和服务五维框架,完成系统的构建。系统的运行提高了玻璃磨边加工效率,也为玻璃深加工行业的智能制造提供了理论依据。
In order to realize remote control and intelligent maintenance of glass edging machine tool,the remote operation and maintenance management system of glass edging is studied by using digital twin technology.Firstly,the virtual model of glass edging machine tool is constructed by Demo3D,and the physical entity is mapped;then the computer-aided manufacturing software for glass edging is designed to realize the remote control of glass processing cycle from semi-finished product to finished product;Finally,the fivedimensional framework of physical entity,virtual entity,connection,twin data and service is integrated to complete the construction of the system.The operation of the system not only improves the processing efficiency of glass edging,but also provides a theoretical basis for intelligent manufacturing in glass deep processing industry.
