摘要
基于区块链技术的虚拟电厂可信交易平台对虚拟电厂交易能否用、用在哪里、怎么管理、怎样收益更高等问题进行了研究,搭建涵盖电池再利用服务、储能运行服务及储能运营服务在内的全链条服务,从交易撮合、代理运营等维度探索验证集成储能的可持续运营模式。储能运行服务和储能运营服务则将目标对准提升储能的运维管理水平和扩展储能收益渠道,整合储能资源参与电网需求响应,实现储能用户、平台、电网多方共赢。
The trusted transaction platform of virtual power plant based on blockchain technology studies the following problems:whether the virtual power plant transaction can be used,where it can be used,how to manage it and how to make more profits.It builds a whole chain service covering battery reuse service,energy running operation service and energy storage running service,and explores and verifies the sustainable operation mode of integrated energy storage from the dimensions of transaction matching and agency operation.Energy storage operation service and energy storage operation service aim to improve the operation and maintenance management level of energy storage,expand the revenue channels of energy storage,integrate energy storage resources,participate in the demand response of power grid,and realize the win-win situation of energy storage users,platforms and power grid.
