剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室不同手术方法的临床治疗效果观察

Observation of clinical treatment efficacy of different surgical methods for uterine scar diverticulum cesarean postoperation

目的探讨宫腔镜辅助下经阴道剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室切除修补术及宫腔镜子宫瘢痕憩室电切术对于CSD的疗效和临床价值。方法对2014年1月-2018年1月我院就诊的73例CSD患者,分别行2种手术,评价治疗效果。结果随访6个月,73例患者中,阴式手术30例,术后随访29例,失联1例。宫腔镜电切术43例,43例患者术后随访38例,失联5例。结论CSD患者的治疗,根据B超具体情况及患者生育要求,选择相应的手术方式达到预期的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical value of hysteroscopy-assisted transvaginal scar diverticulectomy and hysteroscopic scar diverticulectomy for uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section.Methods A total of 73 patients with CSD for the treatment in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Jan.2018,who were accepted two kinds surgeries.It evaluated the treatment effects of the two surgical methods.Results Follow-up time was 6 months,among 73 patients,30 cases were vaginal operation,and 29 cases were recieved post-operation follow-up,of which 1 case was lost of communication.43 patients underwent hysteroscopic electrocision,38 cases of 43 patients were followed up postoperatively,and 5 cases were lost of communication.Conclusions In the treatment of patients with CSD,the corresponding surgical method should be selected according to the B-ultrasound and the patient's fertility requirements to achieve the expected therapeutic effects.
