流行性角结膜炎的药物治疗效果分析

Analysis on therapeutic effect of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis

目的研究流行性角结膜炎的局部用药治疗效果。方法本研究纳入2018年1月-2019年3月在云南省9个不同州市级医院确诊为流行性角结膜炎的患者74例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为3组:甲组(干扰素眼液治疗) 28例,乙组(阿昔洛韦眼液治疗) 20例,丙组(干扰素+阿昔洛韦眼液联合治疗) 26例,对初诊、治疗1周后、治疗2周后患者症状(眼痛、流泪、畏光、异物感)、体征(结膜充血、角膜上皮缺损、眼睑肿胀、结膜面伪膜)进行评分,采用重复测量资料的多因素多水平方差分析进行组间比较。结果初诊时,组间评分两两比较P>0.05,提示各分组间差异不具有统计学意义;1周后复诊时,各组间差异有统计学差异,治疗效果丙组>甲组>乙组;2周后复诊时,部分组间评分有统计学差异,治疗效果为甲>乙,丙>乙。结论流行性角结膜炎使用重组人干扰素滴眼液治疗,具有较快减轻症状,加速炎症消除的作用,性价比较高,治疗效果满意。

Objective To study local medication therapeutic efficacy of epidemic keratoconjunctivits.Methods 74 patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivits from 9 diffierent hospitals in Yunnan province from Jan. 2018 to Mar. 2019 were brought into this study,they were randomly divided into 3 groups by random number table.28 cases in group A were treated by interferon eye drop,20 cases in group B were treated by acyclovir eye drop, 26 cases in group C were treated by interferon combined with acyclovir eye drops.Afterwards, pain, tears, photophobia, foreign body feeling, conjunctival congestion, corneal epithelial defect, eyelid swelling,pseudomembrane were graded and recorded by first visit,after 1 and 2 weeks treatment respectively.Each group scores were compared by multi-factor square variance of repeated measurement data.Results At the first visit to a doctor, comparison between any two means of graded among groups P>0.05,it mentioned that there was no statistical difference among 3 groups(P>0.05);After one week return visit,there was statistical difference among 3 groups,group C was better than group A and group A was better than group B;After two weeks return visit,there was statistical difference in part score inter-group,group A was better than group B and group C was better than group B.Conclusions Interferon eye drops has a positive effect on attenuating symptom and accelerating inflammation elimination for patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivits,and satisfied treatment effect.
