基于CiteSpace V的近5年我国产妇护理相关文献可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Domestic Maternal Care Related Literature Based on CiteSpace V in the Past Five Years

目的对中国知网数据库收录的近5年我国产妇护理主题的相关研究进行可视化分析,从整体上掌握该领域最新的研究情况,为临床护理和学术研究提供借鉴。方法采用文献计量学分析法、可视化分析法、聚类分析法和主题词共现分析法,借助可视化工具CiteSpace V软件,对近5年我国产妇护理领域的研究文献的发文时间、高被引文献、突现词、研究热点以及主题演化进行分析。结果该领域的研究文献量总体呈先增长后下降的趋势,常规护理、无痛分娩和疼痛是目前学者们主要关注的主题,针对该主题的研究主要集中在产后焦虑、优质护理、分娩方式、产后出血、初产妇和妊娠结局领域,所有领域高频关键词的平均出现年份主要集中在2016年。结论近5年以产妇护理为主题的研究文献较多,研究内容主要涉及产妇产前、产中、产后的不同护理模式,针对产妇产后心理状态的护理调整。

Objective To visually analyze the relevant researches on the topic of domestic women’s nursing in the CNKI database in the past five years, and grasp the latest research situation in this field as a whole, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing and academic research.Methods Using bibliometric analysis, visualization techniques, clustering method and co-word analysis, to analyze the publication time, highly cited literature, emergent words, research hotspots and theme evolution of research literature in the field of maternal care in the past five years. CiteSpace V was applied to visualizing the results.Results The research literature in this field generally showed a trend of growth first and then decline. Conventional nursing, painless delivery and pain are the main topics of current scholars’ attention. Research on this topic mainly focuses on anxiety, quality care, delivery methods, obstetrics and cesarean section. The average year of occurrence of high-frequency keywords in all areas was mainly concentrated in 2016.Conclusion In the past five years, research on maternal care kept in a high level. The research content mainly involves the study of different nursing models of maternal prenatal, mid-natal and post-natal, and nursing adjustments for the mental state of the maternal after childbirth.
